Olfactory notes

We can find many types of perfumes, but Do you know the olfactory notes with which the perfumes are created? Do you know which are the favorite perfumes by men?

You must know that perfumes, both for man as for woman, are created from certain essences which will be responsible for deciding whether a perfume belongs to an olfactory family or another. Among the most highlighted olfactory families we can find different aromas for perfumes such as fruity, floral, woody, citrus, spicy, fresh with water notes, natural fresh or oriental. The best-selling fragrances for men are those with woody and spicy aromas. But you also have to know that any perfume has three phases from the moment you apply it until it melts into your skin. These phases are known as olfactory notes. The top notes are those that are perceived at the first contact with the skin, the second notes are known as heart or middle notes and here we can appreciate the most identifiable smell of the perfume that it usually last up to 6 hours. Finally, we can find the base notes that are those that represent the character and the real intensity of the fragrance and give the final aroma that remain on the skin.

If you already know which of these families go better with you then you just have to choose your perfume within the wide range that we offer you on Perfume's Club and leave your trail wherever you go.

Where to apply the perfume

For a perfume to last longer and be more perceptible to a nose, you should know that there are some key points where to apply it.

These points are located where our blood flow is higher or also those areas where you can feel the pulse. The fact of applying the perfume in these areas is because as hot spots they allow the perfume to evaporate quickly and it releases its scent easily. The areas where a man must apply the perfume are behind the ears, neck, wrists and even the chest.

Basic characteristics of the perfume

If the perfumes can be differentiated by something is thanks to the intensities they may have. While most men's fragrances, or at least the most common, usually are Eau de Toilette you must know that there are various intensities that you can find when buying perfume.
